Retro Shirtz provides free local graphic design with all standard custom shirt and all other custom apparel orders.

All of our custom design is completed in-store with you and one of our in-house graphic designers. Please see the chart for approximate same day design times.

We are a first come first serve establishment.

During particularly busy periods, we are on a wait, similar to a restaurant. Because of this, same day graphic design is subject to current customer traffic levels.

Like a restaurant, we are typically on a short wait on Friday and Saturday nights. These represent times when the mall is usually quite busy with customer traffic. Because of our quick graphic design process, this wait is usually less than 15 minutes.

Custom design time is typically limited to 15 minutes per customer per shirt. Larger orders will receive more design time, pending manager approval.

Managers may also approve additional design time on single shirt orders. Additional design time on single shirt orders always depends on current customer traffic levels, and our print shop’s current printing schedule.

The 15 minutes of time allotment represents more than enough time to create a standard shirt design. More complex designs may require more graphic design time and may be subject to additional charges. We provide additional design time for larger bulk shirt orders.

At Retro Shirtz, you must be present in store to receive our free custom design services. We do not offer any graphic design services over email or over the phone.

Because we offer local graphic design, we have found the design process to be greatly simplified for both the customer and the graphic designer. Our concept allows for quick graphic design by conducting face-to-face consultation and design.
